Who I am

UmaMe is run by Tammie Tsang, N.C., through Garosu Ltd. For anything about your details, email info@tammietsang.com.

Garosu Ltd., Unit 2105, 21/F., Sterling Centre, 11 Cheung Yue Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

What this website collects

Only what you type into a sign-up form: your first name, your email address, where you heard about me, and how often you cook now.

This website never asks for health information.

Why

To send you what you signed up for: details of a gathering, news when a programme or class opens, or the free charts. You also agree to receive emails from UmaMe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your two answers help me understand who I'm cooking for. "Where did you hear about me?" is also how I apply the RESET 2026 offer.

Where your details are kept

Sign-ups are stored in Mailchimp, the email service I use. Mailchimp stores data in the United States.

I keep your details while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, Mailchimp keeps only your email address, so you're never emailed again. Once a year, I remove anyone who hasn't opened an email in 12 months.

Health information

If you book a Holistic Nutrition Assessment or join a programme, I ask for health details, such as a questionnaire, meal photos, lab results or CGM data, through my own forms and tools. Never through this website.

[TBC: how health details are stored, who can see them, and how long they are kept]

How to be removed

Every email from UmaMe has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing works immediately; Mailchimp handles it automatically.

To have your details deleted completely, email info@tammietsang.com and I'll delete them.
