What I do

  • Tammie speaking on a panel at AIA in front of a 'Gut Feelings' banner

    Keynotes and panels

Thoughtful conversations about women’s health, blood sugar and our relationship with food, with ideas audiences can use beyond the event.

  • Tammie presenting to a workshop group in a bright room

    Corporate workshops

Interactive sessions that help teams make healthier food choices during busy workdays, without another list of food rules.

  • Tammie in a school kitchen, holding a plate with a cook and a colleague

    Train-the-chef

I work with kitchen teams to create nutritious food people want to eat, from workplace and school meals to restaurant menus and retail products.

  • Tammie in a vegetable field with a farmer and a child, holding fresh greens

    Retreats

I bring food and nutrition into the retreat experience through hands-on cooking workshops, menu design and training for your F&B team.
