Tammie's work is multifaceted, in addition to private holistic nutrition coaching, she also works in functional and health food production, public speaking, and educational workshops. Tammie also specializes in nutrition menu and recipe development, and hosts special dining events. She trained at the prestigious Natural Gourmet Institute in New York and Bauman College in California, and has honed her skills at renowned restaurants, including Blue Hill at Stone Barns (2 Michelin stars) in New York and Grassroots Pantry in Hong Kong.
